Bradbury Building At Eve

This week I got to explore downtown a little and go to a building I've always wanted to. The Bradbury building, might look familiar from the 500 Days Of Summer film, is just a few blocks up from where I live. My friend Josh came along to shoot some photos of me as we walked around and I love the magic that was captured. Take a look below:

Stepping Into Spring // Urban Outfitters

Another Spring has come so fast. It's hard to believe this is already my third year in Los Angeles, and to be honest, I hit a moment where I wasn't sure if I wanted to be here anymore. Clearly, I didn't go anywhere, but it took a lot more evaluating on what I want and how to guard the many areas of my life to make sure it's healthy, rested, and growing at a pace that's not dictated by the pace of this city.

So I've been taking it easy since the new year, visiting family a lot more, and not over-filling my schedule. A few days ago I got to spend some time at a friends house that felt like a mini getaway that was so peaceful. Took some of my comfiest pieces as of late, via Urban Outfitters, and had a lazy afternoon.

Old Town

A few days ago I ventured up north to old town Pasadena and the quaint streets were such a refreshing scene. Unlike downtown, where I live, the streets were so peaceful to explore. All the shop were in old brick buildings, along with grassy trails, and old churches. I always feel some part of myself so connected to places like that. It's challenging because if I were to ever strictly live in a place like that, I'm not sure if the pace would drive me crazy. But, I like that I can grasp some moments of it and keep it with me afterwards.

Take a look below as I've also included some new pieces I've been loving as of late with Akira and Charles & Keith:
