Street Style Sequin

The colors are changing and I couldn't be more excited. These last few weeks have been a little on the busier side with all Fall related activities and events. Each season I get to surprise myself with what I gravitate towards wearing and it helps me understand more about what that time will look like for me on a personal and emotional level. I love learning more about myself maybe when words can't express it and something else can.

For this style, I paired sequin on sequin– can't get enough of it lately! I've been including sequin in more of my every day looks to still keep it casual, yet have a staple piece that can work throughout any time of day.

Liberty Garden: Morning Trails

Venturing into the Hidden places of Whiskeytown is a dream, perfect for todays feature of the Giovanna romper from Liberty Garden. A lightweight twill romper with a lace trip, perfect for any outing. As you can see, I'm pretty fond with their collection and it's always going towards a great cause that you can read about on their site. Deserted With Flynn Skye

A week ago I shot at Vasquez rocks for the second time (See the first one here) and it was magical. I don't think I'll ever get enough of this place. My first time here didn't give me a lot of free time or personal moments to just 'be', so this was definitely a special day.

This is the first of two shoots I had here, featuring this dress called the Err Night maxi by Flynn Skye, which is such a staple piece for the spring/summer season. Not to mention, it comes in a variety of colors/prints. Take a look and see the other styles I've included as well:

A Day With FOUNT

Today I'm excited to share this destroyed Nicole Satchel by FOUNT– a company based out of Ohio making quality leather goods. Their take on bags are simply effortless, timeless, and simplistic. For me, I'm naturally drawn towards black with gold hardware, which is exactly what my bag is, including some fringe detailing on the bottom. It's my new favorite go-to for an every day look, as well as a lifetime of growing with me. I'm thankful for people who desire to create things well and provide a little piece of beauty to hold.

Check out their bags and for a limited time, you can use the code 'MELDENISSE015' for 15% off your purchase. Take a look below:

Burning Colors In The Sand

Today I'm featuring this beautiful Jadyn dress from Liberty Garden. I've fallen in love with their simplistic, edgy look that has something for every season. Colors are minimal, fabrics are detailed, and sometimes different ones layered on each other like the one I'm featuring. I ventured through the lakes of shasta to bring the beautiful contrast of myself and the surroundings. Burnt orange sand on my feet with the wind blowing through, only sighting hills for miles.

Another thing I love about LG is their slogan, "buy one piece, change one life." For each piece sold, they fund a malaria treatment for those in need. Working with Doctors Without Borders to help save lives, they do it through the avenue of beautiful clothing. Take a look:
